At She Glows Boutique, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Sale items, clearance items, gift cards, and personal care products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
